南韓總統敦促 美國北韓推進非核化協議
: 南韓總統文在寅(Moon Jae-in)今天(13日)敦促北韓和美國，推進終止平壤核計畫的協議。由於北韓尚未提出非核化的明確步驟，讓各界對北韓的承諾產生質疑。
文在寅訪問新加坡時在一場演說中表示，「如果金委員長(金正恩，Kim Jong Un)信守非核化承諾，他將能領導他的國家走向繁榮。」
文在寅補充，「這條路不好走，但若誠心落實峰會中的協議，目標將會被達成。」文在寅指的是北韓領導人金正恩與美國總統川普(Donald Trump)6月12日在新加坡的歷史性峰會。
文在寅說，「如果北韓就執行非核化提供更多實質內容，以及若南韓和美國迅速採取相應措施，那整個過程將能加速進行。」
在川金會中，兩名領袖承諾將致力完成朝鮮半島非核化，並緩解兩國間的緊張關係。
儘管如此，自6月12日的川金會以來，平壤尚未有任何跡象顯示，對廢除核計畫採取實際行動。北韓的核計畫已讓該國遭到來自聯合國和國際的一連串制裁。
但川普12日公開金正恩的一封來信，讚揚美國與北韓關係有「重大進展」。金正恩在信中表示，他們的努力為兩國開啟了一個「新未來」。
文在寅表示，他相信川普和金正恩最終將兌現在國際社會面前所作的承諾。
文在寅說，「如果領袖們不履行他們在國際社會關注下所作的承諾，會很容易受到嚴厲評斷。」
他也表示，一旦終結平壤核子野心的行動完成，南韓願意與北韓建立一個經濟共同體。
